Yoga For Kids: Through Stories and Games
Kids are natural yogis. They have huge hearts and ancient souls.
Yoga for Kids teaches focus, self awareness and self acceptance. It encourages healthy habits and supports positive mental health.
I’m happy to invite your little ones to this special class. I’ll be leading the children through gentle yoga poses, fun breathing techniques and mindfulness through music, stories and games. Moms are invited to play along too ?
