• Feature your shop on the directory pages, and your products on the Conscious Kenya marketplace

A commission will be charged on all products sold and events/services/workshops/courses booked at a percentage of the price displayed, according to the table below:

You can adjust your prices accordingly to account for this, or keep them the same. We have kept the commissions low in consideration of the effects the COVID19 pandemic has had on the economy. In the future, we may revise this depending on sustainability and economy. The commission fees do not apply to taxes and delivery charges. Tax obligations or any additional fees after checkout remain the sole responsibility of the vendor or practitioner. Commission fees are deducted from your current balance as each sale occurs, and are reflected in your payment account.

Door-to-door delivery will soon be possible via our transport partner, hopefully by early December 2020. Until then, delivery and fulfilment of products and services are the sole responsibility of the seller. Delivery costs should either be added into the listing price or arranged between buyer and vendor, depending on the vendor’s preference.

Conscious Kenya will automatically renew your subscription at the end of the subscription period, unless you choose not to use automatic renewals by credit card. Payments by Mpesa will be requested via sms or email. Listing fees are non-refundable.

Please note that all fees are listed exclusive of any value-added tax (VAT) that may apply. Taxes remain the responsibility of the vendor.

Conscious Kenya will deduct all fees owed from your payment account provided you have sufficient funds in your payment account. If your payment account does not contain sufficient funds you are responsible for paying any fees owed in full within your active subscription period, or the account will be considered past due, and Conscious Kenya may suspend your account at any time pending payment of your outstanding balance.

If you make a sale while you have an outstanding balance the net sale amount will be applied to your outstanding balance. You may pay your outstanding balance manually by credit card, debit card, or Mpesa.

Your statement is available in your vendor dashboard, and will detail all sales and fees activity. Any action by a seller to avoid paying a fee is considered fee avoidance and is strictly prohibited by Conscious Kenya. Specifically, transactions initiated on courses.consciouskenya.com may not be completed outside of courses.consciouskenya.com. The price stated in each listing description must be an accurate representation of the sale. Sellers may not alter the item’s price after a sale for the purpose of avoiding commission fees, misrepresent the item’s location, or use another user’s account without permission.

Your earnings will be sent to you via bank transfer monthly after deduction of commissions. Special cases of vendors who would like to be settled every 2 weeks need to send an official request by email.

Practitioners can book available meeting slots on the Conscious Kenya Pro Zoom account at this link: ZOOM CALENDAR

At this time, the zoom meetings should only be of events and workshops (not private sessions) hosted on the Conscious Kenya website.

– Because it is a shared account, practitioners can only book up to two hours of meeting time weekly, only one hour of which can be during peak times (5pm – 9pm Mon-Fri and 9am – 1pm Saturdays).

– Weekly recurring bookings can only be booked up to two months at a time, after which the practitioner can rebook if no one else has applied for it.

Conscious Kenya courses take precedence over events.

The Pro Zoom slot bookings are automatically scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis.

A representative from Conscious Kenya can be present on Zoom meetings to start the meeting.
